Cùng quý vị,
Tôi đã cảm nhận mình được sinh ra để chứng kiến những chuyện "vô tiền khoáng hậu" sảy ra trên quê hương. Rồi đất nước chìm đắm trong một chế độ quái thai buộc tôi phải xa lìa quê cha, đất tổ. Thời gian lập nghiệp trên quê hương thứ hai đã dài hơn thời gian ở nơi "chôn nhau, cắt rốn". Những tưởng mọi chuyện sẽ bằng phẳng trôi qua; không ngờ chuyện "vô tiền khoáng hậu" cũng đang sảy ra trên "Hành tinh xanh" có thể là duy nhất có loài người!

Ukraine brief history:
Ukraine became independent again when the Soviet Union
dissolved in 1991.
A referendum in the largely ethnic Russian Ukrainian autonomous region of
Crimea was held and Crimea was de facto annexed by Russia on 18 March 2014. The
War in Donbas started in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine involving
pro-Ukrainian and pro-Russian Ukrainians and Russian mercenaries. The

Nếu một cường quốc lớn, có chân trong Hội Đồng Bảo An của LHQ đi xâm lăng một nước nhỏ có chủ quyền thì làm sao trừng phạt?
Nga có chân trong hội đồng Bảo An, lại thêm có quyền phủ-quyết -> không thể dùng luật! Nếu không bị trừng phạt thì Tàu đỏ sẽ theo gương vì rất muốn chiếm Đài-Loan, họ sẽ làm...

As World War II was about to end in 1945, nations were in ruins, and the
world wanted peace. Representatives of 50 countries gathered at the United
Nations Conference on International Organization in San Francisco, California
from 25 April to 26 June 1945. For the next two months, they proceeded to draft and then sign the UN
Charter, which created a new international organization, the
United Nations, which, it was hoped, would prevent another world war like the one they
had just lived through.
Now, more than 75 years later, the United Nations is
still working to maintain international peace and security, give humanitarian

Liên hiệp quốc: United Nations
hiện nay có vấn đề như sau. Mọi quyết định phải được đủ 5 ủy-viên thường-trực đồng ý, nếu một trong số này dùng quyền Phủ-quyết thì coi như
vấn đề bị bỏ.
Đó là trường hợp đang sảy ra. Nga không đời nào chấp nhận việc tự kết tội mình. Tàu đỏ chờ đợi thời cơ để xâm chiếm Đài-Loan.

không đủ 5 phiếu của các Ủy-Viên thường-trực.
Điều lệ mới sẽ là: Một quyết định được 3/5 Thành viên thường-trực bỏ phiếu thuận thì phải thi hành. Trừng phạt như thế nào, bàn tiếp; chỉ cần tỉ số 3/5 chấp thuận là đủ.
Dựa trên các yếu tố đưa đến Hội Quốc Liên, và Liên-Hiệp Quốc thì Ủy-Hội Toàn Cầu sẽ được lập sau thế chiến 3!
